LGA - Making a difference for those living with dementia

The Local Government Association have made a video which features the Dementia Diaries. 

"The video sets out Sir Merrick Cockell's, call-to-action for council leaders to support their local communities become more dementia friendly. It includes examples of areas of where local councils have actively signed up to becoming more dementia friendly and are working with local partners to enable people living with dementia to live more fulfilling and rewarding lives and feel more included in their local communities."
