The SILK team facilitated a team away day for the Sustainability and Climate Change team. During the day we discussed the different methods that can be used to gain customer insight, who the main stakeholders for the team were and what were the best methods to use to influence them. By the end of the day the team had the beginnings of an action plan to take forward. The team were introduced to the Method Deck and were given the task of using some of the cards while making their action plan; in particular the team used the Insight and Communication cards while planning how they were going to communicate their environmental message to their main stakeholders.
SILK would like to thank the Sustainability and Climate Change team for being open and participating in the workshop. We hope it was a useful way to spend your team away day!
